Welcome to Mississippi Mane & Co. These terms apply when you use mississippimaneandco.com or buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. “We,” “us” and “our” mean Mississippi Mane & Co.
Our products
Our beard care is handmade in small batches. Natural ingredients vary a little from batch to batch, so color, scent and texture can differ slightly from the photos and from your last order.
Our products are for external use only. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, check the ingredients before you buy and try a small amount on your skin first. Stop using a product if it irritates your skin, and see a doctor if the irritation continues. Our products are cosmetics: they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Orders
Your order confirmation email means we’ve received your order. We accept it when we ship it. We may limit quantities, or refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price is wrong or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. A change won’t affect an order you’ve already placed. Sales tax and shipping are added at checkout where they apply.
We do our best to show accurate prices and product details. If we find an error in an order you’ve placed, we’ll contact you to confirm it or cancel it.
Payment is due when you order, using the methods shown at checkout. You confirm you’re allowed to use the payment method you give us.
Coupons & deals
Coupons, bundles and other promotions are subject to the terms that come with them. They can’t be exchanged for cash and may end at any time.
Shipping
We ship within the United States and to Canada. Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout, because we ship to the address you give us. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and once your order is with the carrier we can’t control delays. If a package goes missing or arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll help.
Orders shipped to Canada may be charged customs duties, taxes or fees on arrival. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

Your account
If you create an account, keep your password private. You’re responsible for what happens under your account, so let us know right away if you think someone else is using it.
Emails from us
When you order, we’ll email you about it: order confirmations, shipping notifications and account messages. If you tick the box at checkout or sign up with our form, we’ll also send you sales, coupons and new products. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and order emails will still come. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Reviews and other content you share
When you post a review or send us feedback, photos or ideas, you confirm it’s honest and yours to share, and you give us permission to display, use and share it in connection with our store, including on social media. We may remove content that is false, offensive, unlawful or unrelated to the product.
Using our site
Please don’t misuse the site. That includes trying to get into parts of it you aren’t meant to reach, interfering with how it works, copying it in bulk, or using it for anything unlawful.
Our content
The Mississippi Mane & Co. name, logos, product names, photos, text and designs on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You’re welcome to share links to our pages, but please don’t copy or reuse our content without our written permission.
Links to other sites
We link to sites we don’t control, such as Instagram. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
We work hard to make good products and to keep this site accurate and running. To the extent the law allows, the site and our products are provided “as is,” and we disclaim all warranties beyond those in these terms and our Return Policy, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Mississippi Mane & Co. isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a part right away, we haven’t given it up. These terms, our Privacy Policy and our Return Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the site.
